Shipping Times & Processing

• USA & Canada Orders: (1 to 3 Business Days)
  Standard delivery within the U.S. and Canada takes 2–3 business days. Expedited shipping options, including overnight delivery (1 business day), are also available.

• International Orders: (2 to 4 Business Days)
  Orders shipping outside the U.S. are fulfilled from our European facility and processed within 24 hours of submission. All shipments are handled during regular business hours, excluding national holidays.

Returns & Replacements

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an incorrect item or if your order does not meet expectations, please contact us immediately so we can arrange an exchange. The replacement process begins once we have received and verified the returned item.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once your order has left our facility. Refunds and returns will not be accepted after shipment. However, cancellations and modifications are possible before dispatch. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee applies.
